MEDITATION

Meditation is much more than sitting cross-legged and listening to the sound of nothingness. It's about being in the present, feeling the ground beneath your feet and the sensations on the inside as well as out. S2F offer personal mindfulness meditation training that teaches you how to connect with you.

MINDFUL CHILDREN

S2F is about helping children be present, grounded and centred. For kids, this may mean sitting quietly on a rock or playing with the brazen intensity only children can emanate. Mindful kids can engage in life's challenges and joys with healthy self-regulation to manage stress and anxiety. A mindful child also develops emotional intelligence that helps process difficult experiences and promotes healthy attachment and lasting relationships.

BREATHWORK

Breathwork is a mindful practice that supports emotional healing, nervous system balance, and self-compassion. Integrated with counselling and mindfulness, guided breath sessions help you release stress and reconnect with yourself in safe and supportive ways.
