Child & Youth Care Practitioner

Carmen is a certified Life Coach (CCF), meditation practitioner, birth educator, and craniosacral therapist (to name a few). Her speciality is Child and Youth Care, and emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and bodywork are the core of Carmen's integrative approach. A love for children and babies is what drives her passion for equipping parents, educators, or anyone who is working with children and youth.

Carmen has been on a journey of helping families for over 25 years and is a lifelong learner and master of finding people the perfect resources to help. Carmen and her husband David live in South Okanagan, BC, where their home is like a revolving door for their six amazing and diverse adult children.
